I Don’t Live In Staffordshire; Can I Still Hire Your Letters?

YES you can, however there is a charge of 25p for every mile we travel, if you provide us with the venue post code we will work out the cost for you

Can We Collect?

No Sorry! Our insurance will not allow this

Do You Have Public Liability Insurance & Are The Letters PAT Tested?

YES we have £10,000000 PLI insurance, our letters are inspected pre every hire and independently PAT tested once a year for your safety & peace of mind. Your venue may wish to see our certificates which we are happy to provide in the form of a PDF download on your behalf

How Long Do We Need To Hire The Letters For?

We advise and the cost quoted is for 24hours.  This allows us to deliver the letters to your venue in the morning before you or any guests arrive & collect at the end of the evening, or the next morning dependant on your venues requirements.

Payment 1; Do You Require A Deposit?

YES We Do, We will first confirm your hire in writing, once our confirmation is received it will request a £50.00 non refundable deposit, in order to secure your event date and the letters you have requested

Payment 2; When Do I Pay The Balance?

Your balance can be paid one of two ways 1) BAC’s Payment 30 days pre your event date. We will email a reminder, or 2) Cash payment at the time of delivery, this you decide.

NOTE: Should you decide on cash payment at the time of delivery and no one is there to pay at the pre scheduled time the letters will not be left and you will of course lose your deposit

Payment 3; What Payment Methods Do You Take?

Payments can be paid via 1) Bank transfer 2) Cheque 3) Paypal 4) Cash 🙂

NOTE: We do NOT accept any form of card payment

Can We Move The Letters Around The Venue?

The short answer to this is NO! Sorry our insurance does not allow this, That said if you have booked one of our discos for the evening it may well be that the letters could be delivered in the morning and set in one place then when the DJ arrives for the evening he could then move them on your behalf, this has to be pre arranged and agreed & may occur a small charge

Can The Letters Be Set Up Outside?

Our White Letters are not designed for outside use. So it’s a 100% NO for our white letters, BUT a YES for our rustic package, Letters, Crates, post box and welcome easel

How Are The Letters Lit Up?

All our letters are 240v mains powered, they are also dimmable. The mains comes from a normal 13 amp socket into the first letter, then linked out of the first letter into the second and so on. The wiring is super simple and also very neat, there are no exposed wires on the backs of our letters.

They are illuminated using an extra low voltage cool white LED’s which do not heat up like normal light bulbs so they are completely safe for you and your guests. Each light up letter is individually PAT tested and inspected at the time of installation

What Happens If The Letters Get Damaged?

At the time of delivery and installation our letters are inspected, photographed and left in 100% working condition,  at the time of collection should the letters be damaged in any way, including drink stains,  chips , scratches etc  the lead name on the hire agreement will be responsible for the repair  and all costs involved in doing so
