Booking Additional details will be requested, once received we will next confirm your booking / hire in writing. A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is requested at this time to secure your event date and the letters you desire. Your balance and final payment must be made 2 weeks prior to your event, Payment methods accepted 1. Bank Transfer,  2. Cheque,  3. PayPal  4. Cash.

Conclusion We’ll coordinate with you and your venue to develop a plan of action for the day of your event. Don’t worry! We’ll handle all of the communication & venue requests directly, keeping you in the loop.

On the day of your event, we’ll drop off, set up as pre-arranged, we will test & photograph your letters, leaving them in 100% working order

Collection:  Is typically between 11.00am and 11.30am the day after your event, unless your venue has requested differently
